All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping. Processing time includes, but is not limited to, the payment status of the customer, the billing and shipping information validity, and the availability of the ordered item(s). If the item(s) on your order are in stock, we will ship them within 24-48 hours. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory. If the order is placed on recognized U.S. holidays, it will be processed on the next business day.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS?
We ship all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority or First Class mail. Framed, signed and matted art prints are shipped directly from our framer’s location via UPS.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
It depends on the size and weight of your item(s), and the location of the order destination. To estimate shipping costs, place all the desired item(s) in your cart and then proceed to the checkout to see the total shipping cost with applicable sales tax for Pennsylvania residents only.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We process and ship out packages Monday-Saturday. Do not consider the day an order is placed as day one. Begin counting from the next business day to get an accurate expectation of delivery time. We are not responsible for shipment delays that might occur. Customers are encouraged to plan ahead when placing the orders online. U. S. Orders usually take 2–5 days to arrive.
CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN FOR A REFUND?
Orders may be cancelled by 6:00 PM (Eastern time) on the same day the order is placed. Cancellations after the same day will be treated as a return and may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. A refund will be issued after items have been returned, as long as items are in new condition and in the original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, plus the 20% restocking fee. We understand you may wish to return a product after receiving it. If so, please contact us by EMAIL, explaining the reason for your return.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED OR HAS MISSING ITEMS?
If you receive a damaged package, contact us at 1-800-327-7330 immediately. From there we will submit a claim for a damaged package that takes 3-5 business days for processing. You will have a choice to either receive a refund or a replacement.
WHAT IF I LOSE MY PURCHASED PRODUCTS?
We can only replace products that are defective. We cannot replace materials that you have lost or misplaced, nor can we replace digital downloads that have been deleted or lost due to computer crashes or replacement. Please: always backup your digital media. You will need to repurchase these items.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
A tracking number will be provided by USPS via email once a shipping label has been created. After receiving the tracking number, click on the tracking link in the email or visit USPS.COM to track your package.
TRANSIT TIME FOR UNITED STATES ORDERS
USPS Priority: 2-5 Business Days - USPS First Class: 3-7 Business Days (Do not count the day you placed your order)
PACKAGE SENT TO WRONG ADDRESS
If a package is sent to the wrong address, and the incorrect address was provided online by the customer, then the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item(s). When ordering online, make sure the shipping address is accurate before submitting. When placing an order by phone, we will read the delivery address (and other information provided) aloud to insure it is correct.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I THINK MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
If the tracking information you received by email says it was delivered, but you have not received it, please check with housemates or family members to see if they received the package without informing you. This scenario happens often. If you live in an apartment complex, check with the office manager.
International shipments can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. In addition to taking up to 6 weeks for delivery, international shipments are occasionally lost in transit. There is no way we can track international shipments after they leave the United States. Please check with your local customs office or postal carrier to report a missing package. Buyer is responsible for any import duties and taxes, these are not included in shipping rates.
