Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME
All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping. Processing time includes, but is not limited to, the payment status of the customer, the billing and shipping information validity, and the availability of the ordered item(s).

If the item(s) on your order are in stock, we will ship them within 24-48 hours. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory.

If the order is placed on recognized U.S. holidays, it will be processed on the next business day.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS?
We ship all orders via USPS Priority or First Class mail.

Framed, signed and matted art prints are shipped directly from our framer’s location via UPS.

DO YOU SHIP TO HOTELS OR MOTELS?
Unfortunately, we do NOT ship to hotels or motels at this time.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost depends on the size and weight of your item(s), and the location of the order destination. To estimate shipping costs, place all the desired item(s) in your cart and then proceed to the checkout to see the total shipping cost with applicable sales tax for Pennsylvania residents only.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We process and ship out packages Monday-Saturday. Do not consider the day an order is placed as day one. Begin counting from the next business day to get an accurate expectation of delivery time. We are not responsible for shipment delays that might occur. Customers are encouraged to plan ahead when placing the orders online. U. S. Orders usually take 2–5 days to arrive.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?
If you receive a damaged package, contact us at 1-800-327-3773 immediately. From there we will submit a claim for a damaged package that takes 3-5 business days for processing. You will have a choice to either receive a refund or a replacement for the package.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT IS MISSING ITEMS?
If the package appears to have missing items, or the wrong item, please contact us at 1-800-327-3773.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
A tracking number will be provided via email once an order has been shipped out. After receiving the tracking number, click on the tracking link in the email or visit USPS.COM to track your package.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER DURING SHIPMENT?
No, once an order has been packaged and processed, we cannot modify any orders. We also cannot re-route or modify any packages once the order has been shipped out.

If you no longer want your order, you can refuse the package upon delivery. Simply tell the postal carrier to return to sender and it will be shipped back to us. We will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered, but not the shipping cost. For further details on refunds, please visit our Return Policy page.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 
International shipments can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Regardless of your prior experience, every shipment is different and may take up to 6 weeks. In addition to taking up to 6 weeks for delivery, international shipments are occasionally lost in transit. When problems happen, we make it right, but we cannot guarantee international shipments to be problem free. Our average international delivery time is 3-4 weeks. Buyer is responsible for any import duties and taxes. These are not included in shipping rates. We do not mark items under value or as gifts. This is prohibited by law.

USPS Priority Mail: 2-5 Business Days (Not counting the day you placed your order)

USPS First Class: 3-7 Business Days (Not counting the day you placed your order)
