We do not charge any stocking fees for returned items.
Refunds for orders purchased with a major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express) or with PayPal, will be issued to the original payment method. Payments by check or money order will be issued by check. Please remember that PayPal does charge a processing fee for refunds.
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. Revelation Productions shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our location will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our part and we sent the wrong item(s).
